Cash refunds will only be made via NEFT. Refund processing can take up to 4 weeks.
This program is non-refundable.
Yoga Program Re-Registration Policy:
If you cannot attend the program you have registered for, you may be able to re-register at a later date. Re-registration is subject to a 15% fee.
Re-enroll in the same class/program within six months of the original start date. If the program fee has increased, you must pay the new fee plus the re-registration fee.
Thaimai and Inner Engineering Online programs do not require re-registration. No re-registration is allowed if the program is not scheduled within six months.
Inner Engineering Online Cancellation Policy:
This course has no refund policy. This online course may be completed within thirty days of payment. The program will expire in 30 days.
To be eligible for advanced programs requiring Inner Engineering, you must also complete the “Inner Engineering Completion” program. The Inner Engineering Completion program is currently unavailable but will be available soon.
These are non-refundable and must be used within one year.
Only recipients in the same country can redeem Gift Registrations.

- You cannot participate if you test positive for COVID-19 after payment. Your registration is valid for one year and you can attend any of the upcoming 21-day Yoga festival-inns.co.uk programs within that time frame.
- You will not be refunded if you leave the program for any reason. This will cancel your registration.
- For online payments, the refund goes to the original account. Please allow 4 weeks for refund processing.
- No-shows will not be refunded.

Participants can only request a refund if they have not accessed the Program.
If you are unable to attend the program, you may re-register within 6 months of the original start date. You can re-register for a 15% re-registration fee plus any difference in program fees. Re-register for any of the following festival-inns.co.uk Yoga programs:
7-Day Inner Engineering Course (English or Vernacular language)
INTERNAL ENGINEER (English)

- Program registration is non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time.
Inner Engineering Inc. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
For the Inner Engineering Inclusive program, participants can only request a refund if they have not accessed the Inner Engineering Online course. Unused Inner Engineering Online credits are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of a refund request, 50% of the program fee will be refunded.
If you cannot attend the program after selecting the dates for Inner Engineering Completion Online, you can re-register by selecting another date within 6 months of the Program start date. You can re-register for a 15% fee.
If you haven’t taken the Inner Engineering Online course, you can re-register for any of the following festival-inns.co.uk Yoga programs. You must also pay any program fee difference:

If you cannot select your Inner Engineering Completion Online dates within one year of registering for Inner Engineering Inclusive, your registration will be cancelled without refund and you will have to re-register.

Cancellation fees:
5% off total program fees for cancellations up to 2 weeks before program start.
Cancellations made 7 days or less before the program start date receive a 25% discount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are subject to a 50% fee reduction.

D. For each transaction, 5% of the refund amount will be deducted for bank charges/handling fees.
E. The applicant is responsible for all bank, intermediary, and transaction fees. Make sure the transfer amount includes all fees.
F. Refund shall be made in the same manner as payment. Refunds should be made within 3 months.
Unavoidable:
In the event that festival-inns.co.uk is unable to complete the ‘festival-inns.co.uk Yoga Teacher Training Program’ in whole or in part due to an act of God, government decrees, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, epidemic, pandemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, material shortage, or any other cause(s) beyond festival-inns.co.uk ‘s reasonable control, festival-inns.co.uk shall be entitled to a full refund.
